Hi Guys,

I am configuring a Comfort Ultra for the first time and need to control a door strike which I have connected in the following way:

OP1 on Mainboard -> OP1 on RLY01 and NC1 / COM1 on RLY01 - > Strike

I have absolutely no idea how to program comfigurator to make this work.... and could not find any documentation on same.

Can someone point me in the right direction...

Regards

You can control outputs by switching ON, Off, Toggle or Pulse

eg
Output Output01 On

wil switch the output (and relay) On

Output Output01 Off
Will switch the output off

Pulse Output01 For 20
will pulse the output for 1 second (units are in 50 ms)

These output actions can be found in Events > Responses

The Pulse action is the most suitable for your door strike

You create a Response  with the Pulse Action and assign the Response to the Open Door or Open Gate event in Events > Misc Events.

In the Door station menu, this will allow you to hear the announcement Press 7 to Open Door (9for open door response) or Press 4 to open Gate (for open gate Response)

You can also assign teh Response in the Home Conrtrol  menu to you can open the door without having the doorbell ring
