Hello,

I have manged to get Smartfit to announce the room temperature via the feedback counter attached to a keypad entry in the control menu.

But how would I go about getting an announcement of the value within a response?  I am trying to program a button in KT01 to trigger a response to get the value and announce it on the speaker.  Is there anyway to get a verbal feedback message for the counter directly in a response?

I can only think of comparing the value using If statements until the correct one is found and using Announce <words> to announce the correct value, but that would seem rather cumbersome.

An Announce Counter<x> CounterValue would be a useful command if this does not exist.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Playing with the SCS temp and this would be handy for this as well.  Maybe in the announce words section you could also include all the feedback types in the home control menu.
