Can you confirm which setting is used for Vacation mode? I have always assumed it would be the Away setting, but I have that set to 10 rings whilst the others are set to 3 but whilst away (on vacation) recently I found that Comfort was not picking up as expected.
Is there anything else that might affect this? I am in Ireland on a 3G Fixed Wirelesss Terminal phone connection so get a normal mobile style ring tone
Thanks

I have Away set to three rings, (and Off set to 10) but it has been picking up after about 7/8.
The inconsistency here is because it is on a mobile connection the operator switches to "number not available" at about the same time so sometimes Comfort picks up but more often the operator intervenes and terminates the call.
The ring tone is the standard prrrp prrrp wait etc
Thanks

It could be that when the operator gives the message, the ring tone is interrupted so Comfort starts counting the rings from zero
Tr changing the rings to 1 or 0
