Comfort 2 Ultra. As we move more and more to online shopping I get an endless stream of deliveries. My  wife shops a lot!! Delivery drivers tend to ring the doorbell and leave the package on the doorstep. When I am out and the alarm is set to away I get a phone call from Comfort. Is there a way I can stop getting phone calls from the doorbell being pressed but still receive notifications from other alarm events?

Yes in Comfigurator, go to Alarm Types > Doorbell alarm. Disable Dialouts for this alarm by unchecking the Dialout box. You will not get a dial out for doorbnell in away mode.
Another way is to get a UCM/GSM module so it can send SMS instead of calling the phone number. It would still be useful to get an SMS to know that there is a delivery

Each Alarm has its own dial out setting, so disabling dialout for the doorbell alarm will not affect other Alarm dialouts

In Comfigurator Under Alarm types I see Doorbell, but I don't seem to have a Dialout box to uncheck.
