I',m getting a error when i tried to use CS manager .
When i select my ETH03, an exclusion appears and no matter what i do nothing is passed to Configurator ( this is my system test ).
My computer system use win 8.1 this could be the problem? I already download configurator 3.10.2, but still has same problem.

Did you manage to run CS Manager before?
If so what has changed?

Can you try  another computer and see if it has the same problem?

NOTE THAT COMFORT SERVER MANAGER CAN ONLY WORK ON  THE SAME NETWORK AS THE UCM/ETH03, NOT FROM INTERNET

Your ETH03 firmware 1.xx is too old
You need up upgrade it to 2.14

I tried with a different PC but both has Win 8.1 and the error is the same, right now i don't have other pc with a different OS.

Please advise

We have tested CS Manager with several Windows 8 PCs without any problem

If you have a win 7 machine please use it to upgrade the ETH03 firmware to 2.14

Otherwise use the following command in the command window

tftp 10.0.0.27 put  "C:...ETH03_general_2.14.hex"

Where the IP address is for the ETH03 and the name within the "" is the location of the firmware

see http://www.comfortforums.com/view_topic.php?id=4426&forum_id=113 for more details

it work fine with Win 7 but my two different computers with win 8.1 doesn't work at all, i'm able to upload the new firmware to ETH03 but can't do anything else with win 8.1. all other Cytech programs seems to work fine except CS Manager, but with DS Manager works fine ( i Have other project with ETH02 ) it is a bit odd to say the list.

Hi, batman, we can't reproduce the exception in window 8.1, can you copy the exception details and send to hefeng@cytech.biz? thanks a lot!

Hi,

This looks similar to a problem I had: http://www.comfortforums.com/forum113/4113.html

I was using win8.1 too. I live in France and had the region set accordingly, but language as English. I notice that you have English language set but are located in Portugal.
My solution was to set both region and lang to EN and it worked after that.
