In Comfigurator, when I sign in I get a message NO RESPONSE FROM UCM

In monitor Ucm shows :

Hi,

Each time I start my PC and try to connect to Comfort, I get the following message in Comfigurator :

Unknow exception while connecting to Ucm

To fix this I must either :

1. Reboot DS Manager OR

2. Press the reset button on the UCM

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks

Next time can you run Hyperterminal instead and set up the comms as IP address and port, then try to login using LIcccc where cccc is your code. See what message you get if any
