You mean the door latch is controlled by KNX?
Yes
Create a Response called eg "Open door using KNX", use the Response Wizard select UCM > KNX and choose the KNX command to turn on the KNX group address for the door open function
This response should be assigned to Events > Misc Events > Open Door Response
When the doorbell rings, and you answer the phone or keypad then when you press & to open the door, the telegram is sent to KNX

Then you mean you would like a KNX group address to open the door. That is also simple. Select your open door group address. In the KNX Comfigurator KNX to Comfort, map that group address to any spare Counter, and program a Counter Response which opens the door.
The principle is that KNX group addresses can be mapped to Counters and the counter gets the value of the KNX object, 0 for off and 255 for ON
The Counter Response is activated when the counter is updated by the mapped group address, and the Response can be programmed to do anything in Comfort.
If you are not clear, we can give an example cclx config
