I have noticed that on the first TX from Cbus 2 Comfort nothing happens.
I am aware that this could be on the Cbus end but has any one else had this problem?
Comfigurator 3.75
Firmware 7.029
Cbus v6.083
Response
Output UPS4 Off
Cbus RampInst UCM-Cbus 190 0
128,36,0, 197,19,190,2,0, 255
Any thoughts?

Can you check the behaviour of the leds on the UCM/Cbus?
When Confort sends a commnand to CBus the BUSY2 led turns on
When Cbus acknowledges the message, the BUYSY2 led goes off so it should blink
If there is no acknowledgement fron the target group address the BUSY2 led stays on
When it sees a message from Cbus the Busy1 led bllinks
If the bus is disconnected or has an error the ERR led blinks

I have checked the LED and that is all working fine
The fault happens if I haven't deliberately sent a Cbus message to Comfort for a while.
I only have a few cases where the Cbus system controls an output in the comfort system
I tried just now running Comfigurator and asked for "system information"
Then I tried turning on a cBus switch and it worked first time!
It is as if the Comfort has gone to sleep as far as the Cbus is concerned.
anything else I can try?

Is this reproducible?
if the Cbus does not send any messages for 1 hour, then the 1st tx to Cbus does not work?

I doubt that there is no traffic
I have set a cbus lighting group to switch every minute to see if this clears the fault.
I may be back ;-)

latest update
I have had a "heartbeat" Cbus group Switching On 30 sec Off 30 Sec. since the last post.
The Cbus is working 100% with Comfort.
I will report back next week with further update.
