I have installed a Keypad (KP 04) and a Door Station and an interface RGR (PC01-054A)
My problem is that I cannot hear anything through my keypad or the door station although I hear the chime (and the relay) when I press the Door station Button.
I tried to tune the VR01 in my Door Station but nothing came up.
What Should I do?
Additionally I cannot find the MIC (VR1) and VOICE (VR2) in the Door Panel Interface.

If you cannot hear anything then you have probably got the wiring wrong
The KP and DP mic and voice are on separate connectors and should nto be mixxed up
Check the wiring according to the manuals
The trimmers on DM02 have been removed. They are not needed
Connect the keypad and door station directly to Comfort with a short length of wire to test
If you cannot find the problem, take a photo showing the connections and wires and post it or send to support@cytech.biz

Try signing in on the local phone, lift handset press * code #. Can you hear the voice menu? Yoyu can also call the phone number for Comfort and wait for it to answer. Can you hear voice?
If not then the vocabulary has been corrupted
Do a Vocabulary upgrade using Comfigurator. You do not need a programming cable for this
