Hi guys, I tend to get one or two subscription errors a day - this causes me real issues with my webcore pistons as the states for sensors tend to be wrong after an error. EG my gates think they are closed when they are actually open so when I arrive home my gates close instead of open!. OR my phone buzzes that the doorbell has rung shortly after the subscription error when it actually hasnt.
Does anyone have any ideas what the issue is? Wonder if it is as I have version 3 of network in and havent put in v 3 yet.
Very greatufl for any thoughts.
Thanks
Stuart

Hi Stuart
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Can you send me the logs from the Web GUI.
It could be one of several things, the subscription issue is an issue between ST and the RPi rather than the RPi and Comfort.
Are you happy that your home network is reliable - is the RPi and ST hardwired via Ethernet.
Does the Subscription issue resolve itself after a short period of time?
Is the PSU on the RPi upto the task - no-name USB PSU's tend to cause problems forcing the RPi to reboot or crash randomly when heavily loaded.
Thanks,
Matt

Ill send the logs - I think I have narrowed it down though - it happens when ever the alarm changes state. eg put it into night mode and will get a subscription error, same for away mode etc. Within 5 mins or so the subscription error is gone.
Home Network is rock solid fully managed switches, key components hardwired, only things that hang off wifi are phones / tablets etc and thats a fully managed unifi solution with 5 access points and a vlan for guests :-)
Both comfort (network now upgraded to three) and rpi go into the same switch.
PSU on the rpi is a branded high quality one - I can change it for another if you think it is worth it.
