Chiu,

Regarding your response as below, There is no 'Voice Menu Speed' option in the Tuning Parameters screen of my version of Comfigurator. I am using Ver 1.6.10 on a Comfort 1 system.

Not really a known "problem", the voice speed can be adjusted
Look in Configuration > Tuning parameters for Voice Menu speed and Message speed.
regards

I have an issue where the speed of my recorded announcement and any messages left is replayed much faster than when recorded. In some cases it makes it difficult to understand the message. Is this a known problem ?

Many Thanks

It should be in Voice Settings not Tuning Parameters.

Cheers

If your playback message speed is faster than the recorded speed, it may be that the" Voice Menu Speed" setting was set faster than the default value. As Adrian says this is on the Voice settings tab. The slider should be halfway. After changing it, reset Comfort.
This changes the voice speed without changing pitch
