Comfort has 8 mailboxes which can be assigned to users each with their own sign in code. Alternately the answering machine can also be configured as a common mailbox so that any user who signs in with their code can access the messages

When a new message is received, the system can be configured to dial to any of the 8 programmed phones numbers.

Sign in to User menu, press 2 for Messages, 6 for Mailbox Options and 7 for Phone numbers. Enter phone 1 to 8 here to forward the message

Comfort is smart enough to know how to forward the message to each phone type.
For Voice Phone, it will play the message when the user signs in with the correct code

For SMS (if a UCM/GSM) is installed, it will send a text mesage with "New Message" and user number. The user can call back, and sign in to hear the message
