Going through the KD commands I noticed 'Hard Key' and 'Soft Key' KD values, what is the difference?

Also, is there a way to send a Panic or Fire command using the KD commands? On a normal keypad you have to press two buttons to activate it, on a software keypad that is not possible.

KD soft keys refer to the keys for Away, Night and Day on the keypad

For example KD0D which is Away Soft key is the same as pressing the Away Key on the keypad. Its behaviour depends on the programming of the Away Function Key. The default Away Key is programmed to Key arm to Away Mode, but that behaviour can be changed in Control > Keypad

The Away, Night and Day Hard keys on the other hand do not depend on any programming, they always arm to away Night and day modes

You can activate Panic and Fire hard keys using 10H and 11H respectively. I think these two values were missing from the serial doc

Great, now to find real-estate on the Client Keypad to put these two buttons :-)
