Can we have more boxes in the general comments screen

Perhaps one for the installer name and contact

Perhaps a firmware version box!

And a Comfigurator version box

Is it possible to have a version control e.g. the no of times that particular file has been uploaded or downloaded?

The Comments box as it is can contain all that information that you suggest. Good internal organisation within the boxes will probably be almost as good
We currently are making changes to comply to the EN50131 which is taking up most of the time.
It is not possible to know how many times the ccl file has been uploaded and downloaded. The next change of restricting the download/upload based on Engineer code should take care of your concern

OK you are quite right the comments box can contain all the information it has a long enough text string.

You miss the point - I employ people to install comfort, part of their training will always be to fill in the comments box with upgrade and version control. I also want them to take a record of the firmware in the CPU and UCMs and SEP's.

So the reason I want the other check boxes added to to try and get some level of documentation and a realisation that it is important to do just this.

Perhaps a more useful feature would be to automaticallly save the last version number for Comfort  and UCM with the file

An idea at the moment, still long time to implementation due to other changes pending to the software

This will be in a future version as the next version to be released was already underway and is being tested now
I have made a note in the desired new features  to be implemented
regards
