I have made this suggestion before and I think that is some activity on this.

In its simplest for it would be nice for Comfort to have an analogue module for temp sensing etc. This will allow for heating control etc.

I was thinking that this could be based on a Dallas "one wire" topology. There is a huge number of devices that can be connected to this already, ID chips, temperature sensors, counters, switch inputs, ADC, DAC, switch outputs etc. This would then allow for development of a huge number of external interfaces.

We do have something in the pipeline using one wire devices. More wil be revealed when we are closer. Temperature sensing will be a bigger focus for Comfort in the future
