Surely this is perfect application for Comfort!

What's missing is a secure gateway to bridge between http and comfort commands.

Hi

Yanza has developed a general purpose IoT (Internet of Things) service.

We would appreciate any feedback as to whether there is interest in the Comfort community to use such a service to control Comfort remotely.

It's like a drop box for the Internet of Things.

The first thing, like a sensor, uploads data to Yanza using HTTP

Another thing, downloads that data.

For example a temperature sensor uploads 80 degrees.

A window actuator downloads that data and decides to open the window.

Comfort already has lots of network connectivity, so this is adding to the mix, but if there is interest in a general purpose IoT aspect to Comfort in the user community we could make it happen.

Would like to know how many people interested.

Possible use would be to allow remote access.

For example, Comfort status (off/armed) is sent to Yanza.

You can then view or change this status via the Yanza service.

Any ideas from the community?
