I have upgraded to comfort from self designed  pc based system,

After playing with gen1 for a while i have ordered gen2,

is it possible or as suggestion would be a good feature to have comfort answer the telephone with different message for withheld phone numbers, I don't know about Singapore but in the uk we have a big problem with telesales.

Thanks for the suggestion.  It is not something that we have planned for the near  future.
As it is now, when someone calls, and talks into the answering machine, you can hear it on the 1st keypad while it is recording the message, and you can choosse whether to answer it or not

When a calls comes in and the phone rings, you can send it immediately to the answering machine by pressing the # key

What would be great is to have a new module that can track caller id numbers. You can then have some logic to force to ansafone for certain numbers, etc, or even just cut them off.

For these telesales stuff, that would be an excellent feature for privacy :-)
