You said it will working but I assume you mean it does not work
The most common problem is the telephone cable between the Comfort X10 socket and the one on the XM10E. This cable must be as follows

Comfort      XM10E
1                 4
2                 3
3                 2
4                 1

Are you connecting the X10 interface module to MJ1 port on CP9000 board?
Ensure you are using X10 cable not telephone cable; they are alike but not the same.
When it is transmitting/receiving, the led indicator on the X10 interface module will flash.

That is exactly the connection that was given in the earlier post, so it should be correct, unless the cable has some breaks or there is a crimping problem

To test, transmit X10 on the power line from another X10 device which you know is working. You should see the red led blink OFF then ON. If this does not hapen thyen you definately have  a problem with the XM10E OR the cable
