Hi,

just installed a bank of LD11 dimmers (10 in total and 1 relay unit)  and have programmed two of the units to switch on/off via timed programmes  from comfort. the switching on of the lighting cicuits all works ok,  the problem lies in the switching off of these  as both light circuits fail to switch off on there time programmes can anybody help.

by the way  the 2 units in question do repond on/off form the X10 IR543AH swich device

What you need to check;

- make sure the Time Program for OFF is enabled (check the Enabled box for the Time program)

- see if you can turn the LD11 off from the Control menu using the same response

- look at the XM10 (X10 Interface) LED when the command is sent, it should blink off then on when it sends or receives an X10 signal

- use Wizcomfort in Monitor mode to monitor the X10 commands from Comfort and check which address and command is sent, or not at all.
