Hello,

I have  discovered the LED light on the XM10U is on constantly. Is this normal, I it recieves and transmits X10 signals but surely it should not be lit up constantly

The LED light should blink when sending and receiving X10 signals. part of the internal circuit may be faulty.

I did a bit of searching on other fora, and they suggest that the LED is on when the X10U is NOT detecting any X10 and off when it is sending/receiving. This would mean my X10U is ok. I will reconnect and see if this effects my X10 traffic

Regards

That is correct, they are on when there is no X10 traffic and blink off when transmitting and receiving. If  it is receiving and sending then you do not have any problem
