I am looking to put 24V AC at 0.3A max through the contacts of an RLY01.  I have only been able to find ratings for DC.  Will this be ok?

Thanks, Nick.

Thanks for that, but I have now been told (by a UK supplier) that:

The RLY01 was discontinued some time ago the RLY02-4 and RLY02-8 replaced it.

Is that correct?  If so, then I need to check that the limit of 500mA specified in the RLY02 manual is valid for 24V AC (the manual is not specific on AC vs DC, or on maximum voltages).

Thanks

The RLY01 was discontinued at one stage but was re-introduced because of demand. is still available, it is listed in the Cytech website
http://www.cytech.biz/products.html in the Relays/Home Automation  category
RLY01 relays are rated up to 16 A

RLY02 relays are rated at 500 mA for 200V DC and 200V Peak AC. However the whole module is designed for low voltage up to 30 V DC or AC

Thanks folks.  Now the next challenge......

There are two Comfort distributors in the UK.  One seems to be ignoring orders placed on his website and has a phone message saying that his office is closed.  The other one says that RLY01 has been discontinued.

So, how does a UK Comfort user purchase a RLY01?

:?

Distributors may not carry the whole range of Comfort products and accessories which number almost 200 line items
RLY02/4 is a similar product to RLY01, both have 4 relays except the RLY01 has changeover relays while RLY02/4 has normally Open contacts only. Hence the distributor may have elected to stock the RLY02 only to simplify the shopping cart and inventory
