Zone Trouble means that you have programmed a Zone but there is a short or open circuit on the zone, when the zone is configured as Double End of Line
If thye zone is on an LEM ie zones 9 to 16 and you have no LEM connected that also causes zone trouble
In your case, you have programmed Zones 9 and 10 when you have no LEM
Check your settings on Security > Zone Settings, and set Zone 9 amd 10 to Null

For door station communication failure, check that Number of Door Stations is set to zero under Configuration > Modules and Settings.
