Hi

I've starting getting these after adding a new Slave PCB but the tamper is currently bridged (as have case open for testing).

I should add the system can run fine for hours and then one just occurs.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Julian

Can I do that at any time or only when the alarm occurs?

Julian

F3,2 security check announces all zones including tamper that are active at that time

If you silenced the alarm by disarming the system then the tamper may still be active and you need to see where it is coming from, slave or comfort

Ok this is a pain now. It ran all of yesterday without issue and then the tamper woke me up at 4am this morning with the keypad sounding. I silenced the tamper alarm and in my sleepy state logged out. I signed in again and tried the command you mentioned but only the open zones were announced.
Idea's?

are you sure that the tamper input shorting wire is good, perhaps there is a problem with the resistance
I suggest to set the tamper alarm Bell setting to off while this is investigated

It will sound on the keypad and report in event log
