I have a Web server UCM.

I have had it connected and used TCPIP to transfer the program.

The Web Server is currently funtional and I can arm/disarm the system.

However when I attempt to download the system requests and accepts a sign in code and then reports 'No response from UCM'

You say you downloaded to the system successfully using the CWM in TCP Passthrough port ie PC > Comfort
Now you try to download again and you get "No Rresponse from UCM"?

What changed between the two attempts?
Remember that you need to press F0 before entering the Engineer Code for Comfigurator 2.2.2 , see  http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/798.html

Seemingly pressing F0 on the KT01 prior to downloading worked.

Thanks

Can you tell me what the error message was that you encountered while trying to download?
The  java applets are not used for the TCP passthrough port connection
Have you selected the correct settings for IP address and Port?

I have previoulsy downloaded with the current settings:

Lan address: 192.168.10.8:10101. These settings were correct.

Yesterday - The comfigurator error was - No response from UCM.

Yesterday - The Java applet message was 'Applet operations halted'

Today - The comfigurator error is - 'Error connecting to IP address 192.168.10.8 port 10101'

Today - The java aplet accepts the password and then repeats the request.

Note: It does respond to ping.

Just tried to reconfigure. Web page states

Server error: 503 Server busy

WED Evening - I have power off/on

The web server is provding the browser interface but I still cannot download.

UCM is not responding. I need this to work reliably.

17:30 Just installed 2.2.2 and got connected.

Will keep you informed if it causes problems again.

21:30

Started up comfigurator.

Just tried to connect.

New error message.

22:15

Tried again.

Connected and downloaded !!!!

When you get the message "applet operations halted" it may be because the TCP Passthrough operation is in progress, ie you have the passthrough port open and are transferring information or communicating with Comfort

The error 'Error connecting to IP address 192.168.10.8 port 10101' could be due to forgetting to press F0 to allow passthrough access

"The java aplet accepts the password and then repeats the request." -
Could the UCM ID be having a conflict? Could there be another UCM on Comfort with the same ID? You mentioned you have a KT01 as well, this is treated as a UCM and must not have the same ID setting as the CWM

Hi guys...we have installed ultra II v5.075. we also  have a GSM module v5.133 and CWM v5.70 installed to the system. and we also have KP04 LCD keypad connected.

We're using the CWM module to communicate to the PC with the use of comfigurator (is this possible). i can ping the CWM, we're using the ip address 192.168.0.16: 10001. I have the green led (D10) blinking on the CWM.

Our problem is we cannot download the program using the comfigurator v2.2.3. I always got this problem "No Response from UCM". And i have a "communication failure" on my keypad.

I set the UCM ID of GSM module to 2 and the CMW to 3.

Any help is highly appreciated. thanks

Have you set the Options > Connection in Comfigurator to the same IP address and Port as the CWM?
Dont forget to set the Number of UCMs to 3 and Keypads to 1.
