Check to see if font smoothing is enabled on the PC, if so, uncheck the box and redownload the file to the KT01.

Font smoothing is in "Display Properties -> Appearance ->Effects", uncheck the option "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts".

Once you've done this just download the file to the screen again - no need to change anything on the screen set up.
