UCM/Ulti is a released product. It has approvals in Asia, we are trying to determine if Clipsal has the RF approvals for Europe. Nigel (Cytech Europe) should be able to advise soon

Each country may use different frequencies so this make it more complicated

The Ulti Dimmers and Switches are approved and available from a number of sources. Therefore at least in the UK the frequencies should be OK.

Is the question whether the Ulti module that fits on the UCM is specifically approved?

Yes the issue is the RF transmitter on the UCM/Ulti. In theory it is the same RF portion as the Ulti remote control
