Have had comfort installed for a while and have recently installed a honeywell smartfit system.

Just got round to interfacing them both and have plugged in 6 pin cable which I think came with honeywell kit into a new smartfit ucm but am getting F:11 error on smartfit - which i think equates to "I have plugged in thermostat/ch/hw sensor into the accesory port.

I got a spare honeywell board and replaced this and still get the same message.

I am guessing the ucm is not working or the cable pin outs are not the right ones.

Does anyone know what the 6 pin cable pin outs should be either side or anyone have any ideas.

The error led is lit immediately on the smartfit ucm from the honeywell side but is fine from the comfort side of things.

Can anyone help or provide advice / technical info???

Regards

Problem solved. The issue was with the cable used between the honeywell smartfit system and the smartfit ucm. The cable used should be provided with the ucm.

Unfortunately I didnt get cable with the ucm and was sent one today. This now communicates fine.
