Clipsal (Schneider) who supply the screen on an OEM basis, have informed us that this is no longer in production and we are unable to place a final order. Update - we were able to place a final order after much persuasion
This unit is customised by Cytech to allow Comfort to supply 24V to it so that when mains power is lost, it still operates via Comforts battery. It also contains a speaker and microphone so that it can function as a real keypad for security alarm applications
Clipsal are replacing the monochrome touchscreen with a new product which has not been released yet. We are trying to get hold of one to see if this can be substituted. The new product is supposed to have an RS232 interface built in
Our apologies to all who are affected. Those who have confirmed requirements please contact us by private message or email to info@cytech.biz
