I am able to send out RS232 commands via a UCM.
But can I also Read data coming in ? Or does this require a special UCM to be built ? Id like to read RS232 commands from the heating system.
This would be a great addition to Comfort to directly link into the Heatmiser system (I know several people with this heating control system, and some are also Comfort users)

In order for the UCM and Comfort to understand the data coming in from an external device, customised firmware is needed eg the UCM/CBus and UCM/EIB
The UCM needs to know what to do with the incoming data, whether to save them into a counter and trigger counter responses or otherwise.
