Hi,
Having just fitted a UCM/GSM4 to my system (Comfort II), I am having a couple of issues with which I'm hoping someone can assist with:
1. On changes to the comfigurator for responses using the UCM/GSM4, comfigurator advises the necessity to write to the UCM's EEPROM. On clicking YES, an error returns with "UCM2 is not a UCM/GSM4". This is despite the UCM being polled and listed as such in comfigurator. Is there a reason for this error? The UCM/GSM4 is working fine for SMS arming/disarming & control. I have attached some screenshots.
2. I have written a response which sends an SMS to 2 mobile phones, with custom message number 1. The SMS contains the following text also attached, but does not include the custom message.
Any assistance is ghreatly appreciated.
Iain

before writing to EEPROM, turn on the IO Monitor. if the error appears, Copy to Cliboard and let us have the Monitor IO contents

Slychui and Ingo,

Many thanks for your help. The upgrade of the comfort panel to the latest firmware version seems to have resolved the issue.
It seem I was running 7.06X, and the upgrade to 7.099 seems to have cleared the error. I will revert if it comes back.

Many thanks again,
Iain
