Hi Slychiu,
Thanks for your reply, I tried the Test Dial Out and it dials all the numbers in the security/phonen numbers, but stil:
1. I tried the SMS command (411) & (4011) individually to turn on the lights but both won't work. What is the correct command? I have attached the configuration in the control keypad.
2. How i can trace that it can recieve the SMS command? (in the comfigurator)
3. Why i cannot recieve also the reply sms message from comfort.
And aslo i try to call the sim inserted in the GSM Module from the landline and mobile it accept the call and i can control the lights. But using SMS command it did not work.
Thanks, hope you could give us time to figure this out.

(4011) is the correct command in your case, You must use the same sequence that you would when entering from the user menu, ie 4 for Home control, 0 for lights 1 for etc, 1 for on
Make sure that you do include the ( and ) brackets. It is quite straightforward and there is no reason why it should not work
In the GSM manual you can see information on the LEDs which indicate that a message is being received. I dont have that with me at the moment, This may help you to find a clue as to what is happening
Can you also try from another mobile phone or one using another network.
If yoou still havbe problems email the ccl for to support@cytech.biz so we can check

Perhaps you did not program the mobile number that you were using to send the SMSes as one of the phone numbers? Or could it be that the mobile number is private, i.e. the caller id is hidden. As such the GSM module cannot authenticate the caller.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply guys, but i mange to solve the problem, the system is now capable of responding to my SMS Command. What i did was i change the type of the mobile number that i enter in the security\phone number. Previously i set it to SMS, but it does not work then, when i change it to PHONE then it work.

What version of Comfigurator are you using? Could this problem be linked to http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/612.html ?
