Hi,

I just got a CP9000 with a web server module to play with.

Even if it was bought brand new, the server did not have the 10.0.0.16 IP but something else. I succeded to reset to factory defaults, but I cannot acces the settings through web as admin user and password do not work.

All the other features, so far , are working properly(java applet, connecting with the Comfigurator etc)

However when I try to connect to the admin page I type "admin" and "admin", but no results, the password dialog keep poping up and no login.

What else I should do to be able to login?

Thank you.

What is the version of the firmware on the CWM and the Comfort. There should be a label on the U1 ICs
Can you send the screenshot of the error message when you try to log in?

Try to reset the password back to default i.e. "admin"; the instruction can be found on CWM manual page 61. It might be that somehow the default password has been changed. Password reset and factory-default reset are two different things.

Thanks hendy

This was the correct answer. Password reset is different than CWM reset. :)
Now I got it allright.

Thanks again
