Hi, I performed a Comfort install for a friend of mine last year but his insurance company have recently stated that his burglar alarm must be on a maintenance contract before they will give him contents insurance. I'm not NACOSS approved and I suspect he will need a company that is so, can anyone recommend a company that is a) in the Berkshire area and b) knows about Comfort? If anyone has any experience of dealing with specialist security companies and what approach they will take with the cross over between security and home automation it would be much appreciated.
