The Oasis@Mulberry is a freehold terrace house development consisting of 77 units of 3 storeys and basement which includes Comfort in all homes.
Comfort controls Lighting, Storage Heaters, Split-unit Sanyo Airconditioners, and  automated Trellis over the carporch and upper storey. The IR Dome is installed to allow RC01 remote control of all appliances. The Intruder alarm includes windows and door contacts and PIRs (motion detectors). Lighting control is via two way switches and includes Clipsal SceneMaster.
