62 units Located in Paterson Road, Singapore
Developer; Sembawang Properties
Installed in 1999, this was one of the early projects in Singapore installed with Comfort. Project undertaken by Landis and Staefa
Intruder Alarm, lighting, power point, airconditioner coontrol

The apartments have 3 bedrooms, dining room and living room. In each of the 5 areas, the lighting and airconditoner are controlled by Comfort. The Lightring control is by two way switch and TWS01 so that the user can switch their lights by the switch  even if they do not use the system. Airconditioner control of the wall mounted split units (Daikin?) is by infrared signals, current sensors provide feedback to Comfort.
One of the power points in the living room is also controlled by Comfort using 2 relays, one for switching and one for feedback status. This was less useful, in retrospect an X10 appliance module would have been better

This apartment block is mainly rented by its owners being in a very central location. As a result, many of the new tenants did not know how to use the system due to the manuals being lost or did not have the user code.

Is there any accompanying text with this describing how Comfort was implemented?

Excellent thanks, Think it is good to know how Comfort is implemented, allows people to grasp the systems capabilites, validate it's use etc. Knowing it is out there for real doing things is great.
