How do we just send an on/off command ?
I see a dimming preset in there, but no on/off
Assuming we need to select "device command" and then the ID, whats the DataList to turn a device on or off ?

On and off are all incorporated into the "Dim Level" commands, that is the Zwave protocol
To send an OFF command, set Dim level 0
To send an ON command, set Dim level 255
Dim levels 1 to 99 are percentages which only apply if the device is dimmable
