I have a DP02-MCC-FDX door phone. I have installed this today and all is fine on the door phone front. My question is about the video capability. I see a terminal block labelled VID AND 0V. I assume that this is where I need to run my RG59 cable so how is the camera powered?

This DP02-MDX-FDX is not a product manufactured by Cytech. I believe the door station PCB was stripped out of its housing and assembled onto another enclosyre. Hence you have to get support from whovever sold it to you

Can you please explain what options Cytech offers for the door station. The DP02-MCC-FDX is a door station with integrated colour camera. This works fine BUT the door station does not include a relay to open the lock meaning that one would need to pass a cable directly to the comfort and add a relay board. To get the same functionality as this which cytech products are required please?

The DS01 metal door station has a model with colour camera
PL41PC - Door station with Colour camera
PL71 - Back box for flush mounting
PL81 - Hood cover

Alternately for Flush mounting, use the PL91 which replaces the PL71+PL81

Other options are PL11P without camera
PL41P with monochrome camera
