A better and clearer guide to Tuning Parameters for achieving Door station Intercom performance can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/techinfo,html

This document is  attached for convenience

Please make sure the Comfort firmware is upgraded to the latest version (currently 5.183) if there arre anny problems with Intercom volume, performance etc
Older firmware before 5.145 had problems with Intercom performance
