Hi,

You have to press * and 1 together and not 1 alone. The system should be fine after the downloading.

Regards

Hi

I have pressed the * and one at the same time, but then the panel freeze.

But i have also used the same keypad on a other Comfort pannel and if you press * and one at the same time it works fine.

But way can't i do it with this one pannel?

Thanks

Eugene

Which Comfort model you  have  and what is the firmware version written on the U1 label?
Other than the keypad message, does the keypad work when you enter your code to sign in? Do you hear the comfort voice?

Does the keypad ask you to "Press *1"? The older keypads which work with Comfort I do not do that. firmware 5.054 needs to be replaced by a new firmware. it was announced elsewhere on the forums.
Can you private message me and let me know where you bought the system from so we can arrange an upgrade for you
