I am not sure what that entails. Do a Dial Test F3,3 to hear the dialing progress to get an idea of why the dialing is not going through
You may have to ask your telecoms provider as to why this is happening

Dial test reports - 'Please Hang Up'

Just a wild guess: Is Comfort dialling too fast maybe, as the device needs to compute the routing?

Phone Number
This is the phone number, which may be up to 20 characters including 0-9, *, #.  To insert a pause in the dialling sequence, enter a comma (,).

So try a comma after each number, but I don't know if this works. Its normally used with PBX to grab an outside line e.g. 9,1234 567890

(Think you may be able to also simulate with Hyperterminal in Windows i.e. another non human dialer )

"Please hang up" announcement means that Comfort is unable to detect a dial tone on the line as it seizes the line
Your LCR device perhaps does not supply a dial tone
Go to Modules and Settings, uncheck "Wait for Dial Tone" download and reset then  try dial test again

this had no effect.

note: when dialing from a phone, stange dialing tones can be heared after the last digit is entered.

I think your equipment may be having some strange effect. Can you call and ask if their equipment will affect auto-dialllers on the telephone line?

Also in dial test, do you hear the dialing out DTMF tones, eg did it actually try to dial out? Do you still hear "Please hang up"?
