Hi, i have been using the comfort system for 4 years now with no problems. A few weeks ago i changed my phone line from BT to Virgin Media, i kept the same phone number and sockets in the house. Last night my alarm went off but it did not dial out to the numbers that i have allocated previously.
Has something changed on the internal wiring with the Virgin install?
Please help.

Do a Dial Test F3,3 This dials out audibly ie you cann hear the dialing tones on the keypad. This should give you an idea why there is a problem

yes tried that it gives an engaged or dead tone each time. Guess that means a fault with the line

Can a telephone connected to TEL OUT get a dial tone and can it be used to make calls?
