Hi,
My Comfort system is currently in vacation mode, but has started dialling out each day at 6.30am. On Friday I logged in via Comfigurator and amended a couple of settings, which should have had no affect on this, but ever since I have had the repeating cycle in the event log below.
The only thing that should happen at 6.30am is a time programme that checks if in Vacation mode and if not turns on a water pump via UCM CBus.
The calls to #1 on 14th and 15th went straight to voicemail where a >2 minute blank voicemail was left - there was no interaction so I don't get why it is reporting User #1 sign in. Today the call rang out and instead dialled #2 where it was acknowledged which seems more normal behaviour.
I have no idea why the system is then doing a Reset 97 30mins later (what is that?) or why it feels the need to Bypass and Unbypass the doorbell zone, before autoarming with user 241.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to stop it!?

I suspect the changes you made may have some effect after all
Reset (ignore 97) means Comfort was reset. This may happen because of Response calling itself leading to an endless loop
After the reset Comfort re-arms to the same Vacation Mode
It bypasses all open zones which are active, but the doorbell should not be immediate in vacation mode. There is something strange in the program file
Can you send the cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can check. It wiill also show the versions of the modules etc
