When I try to ring into the system from my mobile it says "WRONG CODE" and then Goodbye so I have to dial again. This has only started in the past few days. I have checked and I am at the latest version of firmware and I have also reset the code and uploaded again. System can be set from keypad as normal.
Also the system has started adding keypads by itself. It adds keypad 9 through to keypad12. I have to manually delete these.
Also random messages have started appearing see attached.

Did the system say Wrong code immedately or after you enter a code and # key?
for the issue of ading keypads 9 to 15 see forum at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum79/3778.html which shows the workaround
The message about modules not matching number of keypads is due to the wrong number of keypads Ignore it and do NOT wrte to Comfort

By the way it is not necessary to post the question in several forums if the question fits into a few categories. We will answer the question but it is not practical to answer the same question in a few forums

also when i left the building this morning i armed the system remotly with the engineer code as that was the only one it would accept. When i returned later i had to manually disarm on the keypad as no code were accepted. There was a message on the keypad saying "Controller password tamper" this could only be cleared by using the engineer code.

You may have mixed up the engineer and user codes
If you enter the engineer code on the phone or keypad, this enters Engineer Menu, not User Menu and there is no menu to arm or disarm the system
"Sign in Tamper" means you have entered the wrong code 6 times. To clear you need to enter any corrrect code 2 times
Can you reset the codes as described in this post
http://www.comfortforums.com/forum17/53.html
This resets the codes to 1234 and deletes all messages so you need to record the messages again
Otherwise an easier way is to re-enter the codes in Comfigurator and click "Write User Codes" button

Tried to setup users again last night. Named users and changed codes. Using comfigurator I wrote the user codes back to the system. Alarm we into night mode and was disarmed this morning using a new code, so that seemed to work. Went to leave this morning, dialed in, got "Please Sign In" but no code would work. Had to return and arm manually. Seems to be something with the remote setup. I did notice that there is no detail for the GSM module when you look through modules in comfigurator. This seems to have only appeared since I updated to the latest firmware version.
Will try later to clear all user codes and setup again.

This could be due to the DTMF tones not detected by Comfort.
It may be a sensitvity issue due to settings or due to the phone. Send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can check
Make sure that your phone settings is enabled for DTMF
Also try using a normal landline phone to see if you can sign in

Hi, it actually looks like it was down to a signal problem. When I had the cover off the control box I noticed there was a red error light which kept coming on. I rang the mobile operator and they replaced the SIMM. This seems to have sorted the problem.
Once again thank for all your help and assistance on one of the best products currently on the market.
