Hi - I just cant seem to get the external PIR to work

I've connected power to the unit and the 'A' output from the PIR  to the zone, as it says in the manual and have programmed the zone as NO switch but cant get it to work

What am I doing wrong?  I've attached the manual for ease

Kind regards,

CG

Are you sure that it does not work? Did you do a Security check F,3,2 and test the sensor?

How are the EOL setting for the zone? I suggest to set for NO EOL resistors and do not connect any EOL resistors

If it does not get detected, measure the voltage between the zone  and common when there is no motion and when there is motion

the voltage should be 1.2V if no motion and 0V if there is motion (approximately) with NO EOL resistors and shunts accordingly

Thanks.

Can you confirm the wiring is correct?

Gjd - comfort
-------------------
12v - 12v
0v - 0v
A - zone input
Nothing in zone common

Thanks as always

Thanks.  Ok, I've now got 2 out of 3 working.  There must be a fault with the 3rd unit.

Thanks for helping me resolve this issue.

Kind regards

CG
