Hi,
Sorry if this is easy but am new to this. I have now got my comfort alarm system functioning correct apart from one thing. While testing my set-up to see if it all worked OK I purposely caused an alarm. This caused the bell and strobe to operate but when I enter my code to re-set the alarm I can not stop the strobe. I have reset comfort from comfigurator and this doesn’t work either. At the moment the only way I can stop the strobe once the alarm has gone off is to disconnect the battery and mains power.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Update - I thought the strobe was only going on after the alarm had been triggered but the strobe is always on when it has power.....

Could  have connected the strobe  wrongly?
The Hookup diagram can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/hookup_diagram.html

The srobe should only have power when the alarm is triggered and it should turn off when the alarm is disarmed.

Hi Thanks for your reply.

It is now fixed. I had a spare bell that I was going to wire on the other side of the house. I swapped them and now all is good. I'll return the bell and get a new one.
