Hi
I have discovered on entry that if the front door is closed during the entry sequence before the alarm is disarmed an immediate alarm is triggered. If the door is left open this is not the case and the alarm can be disarmed normally. Other than the front door sensor which is set to zone type Entry Door, the other detector in the hallway is a ceiling PIR which is set to zone type Alert NightAway.
Anyone have any ideas how to prevent this?

You mean if the Entry Door is closed after it is opened to start the entry delay, there is an immediate alarm?
This should be due to a programming issue, can you send the cclx file to support@cytech.biz

Thanks ident.
I think this was actually down to a faulty PIR which has been replaced. I have sent my clx file to you for the other issue of chirping bell boxes.
