Hi Ema. Nice to hear from Italy
The Keypads only showing ID1 and ID2 means that the Rs485 wires KA and KB are not connected to Comfort.
UCM D9 and D10 not blinking also means that KA and KB are not connected
Check the KA and KB from Comfort is connected to the Keypads and UCM
You can use the white 4 way cable to connect between Comfort and the UCM
Be careful not to reverse KA and KB, ie make sure KA is connected to KA and KB to KB

By any chance, did you connect the 6-way programming cable from the UCM to Comfort board?
The programming cable has coloured wires as follow: red, black, white, orange, yellow, and green.
Note that the programming cable shall NOT be connected to Comfort under normal operation.

Well, i did connect 3 cables:
One cable is 4-wire red, black, empty, empty, white, orange and is connected on a 6pin connector near to wich i can read 'program'.
It seems the 'programming cable' you told, but it has only 4 wire, not 6.
Another cable i have connected is a 2-wire cable white, orange, placed to the left-up (PP3 C6).
Last cable obviously is Jp2.
First i have disconnected the programing calble and i have tryed to reset, then i have disconnected both cable and i have tryed to reset, buth in every 2 conditions, Ucm leds are all off and on the keypads, now, the green led 'off' is on, the red led 'Arm' is blinking and on the lcd screen nothing is reported.

Yes, programming cable is different in its two ends.
One end is 6-way cable.
Another end is 4-way plus 2-way cable.
This programming cable is only used when doing firmware upgrade.
The last cable that is connected to JP2 of UCM module is the right cable.
But where the other end of this cable you connect to?
It should be connected to the 4-pin connector on Comfort board labeled as RS485.
After connecting this cable, press the RESET button on Comfort board.
The green D1 LED on the UCM module should turn steady on and D9, D10 are flashing fast.

Auxiliary Distribution Module is a module which allows more connections from
UCMs, Keypads, Door Stations and other Comfort Modules to be connected to
Comfort.

Ok, the problem seems solved!
I did some big errors in connections. The problem is i don't speak english very well, so it's a little difficult to me to understand the manual....
.....but now i have another problem......
Well, every leds on the system is ok.
I have connected my laptop in order to download configuration.
Connection between Pc and Cp9000 is estabilished and some messages appares on the screen:
1) "Setting system clock with pc clock?" ....Yes...
2) "The File Sysem 18 is not compatible with this version. Continue anyway?"...... hmmmmm.
Well, trying to continue, the download does not continue.
So i have tryed to convert the file system to 17. Same result. I have tryed every possible number of file system, but the result is the same.
At the end, i have tryed to return to the file system 18 and this too does not works now.....
Am i a real disaster?....

When you start a new file, choose the Comfort Model corresponding to your Comfort
The models are
Comfort I Pro - File system 18
Comfort I Entry - File system 17
Comfort II Ultra - File system 34
Comfort II Opt File system 30
Which model of Comfort do you have?
You can also read the label on the U1 IC on the Comfort PCB and let us know what it is so we can advise
Which version of Comfigurator are you using? Are you using the latest version 3.1.9 or above, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/1798.html as this will prevent you from writing the wrong file system lke you have done
Once you have selected the correct file system you can write to Comfort and fix the wrong file system problem

I am not sure which model is the mine (on the label i only read 'cp9000'), but i seem to remember when i bought it, it is a Comfort II ultra.
However, i have tryed to change every file system.....
Only the first time it was possible to connect to Ucm.
All the times after the first, i changed file system in my .cclx file, the response is "Unable to connect to ucm".
It seems impossible, because the first time, with the file system 18, the download attempt to start..
I have cut off the power and resetted ucm, but now it seems not to response at all.

Comfort II Ultra is file system 34
Switching off power while in the middle of downloading may have corrupted something
In Comfort what the the state of the green and red leds
On the UCM are the red D9 and Green D10 leds blinking
What type of UCM do you havem is it Rs232? Have you checked the serial port is correct in your Options > Settings in Comfigurator
Are you using Comfigurator 3.1.9? Make sure that you upgrade to this in order to avoid more problems as this does not let you write the wring file system like you tried to do

Led d9 and d10 are blinking fast as usual.
Comfigurator is the last version (3.1.9 downloaded today morning) and ucm is serial. I have set the right com port, i am sure.

When tomorrow morning i tryed to download and ucm connection was estabilished, before estabilishing, the laptop waited some moments (thinking...) and then connection between Pc and Ucm was estabilished.
Now, when i press 'download pc-ucm', the error message appares immedyately... it seems just like the cable is not connected and Pc has nothing to think....

Can you disable Flow Control on the UCM. Remove all shunts on SW8
Also in Comfogurator, > Options > Connections where you enter COM port, set Handshake as None
If possible take a photograph of the Comfort and UCM and send to support@cytech.biz

The shunts on Sw8, was previously all removed...
In Comfigurator,i have tryed to set Handshake as 'yes' and then as 'no'. Then i have tryed to set shunt 'H' open and then closed, but the result is the same.
As i try to download, immediately the error message appares on my screen.
Yesterday evening i have tryed to change the laptop..... same result.......
I am beginning to be desperate......
