I have updated Comfigurator from 3.1.9.0 to 3.2.8.0 and cannot get the PC to connect. I can ping the Comfort Ultra II, but not connect. Running on Windows 7 x86, connecting over ethernet. v3.1.9.0 ran correctly.

(I still have 3.1.9.0 installed on another PC Win7 x64, but am wary of updating it till the 3.2.8.0 works)

3.2.8 should not cause the UCM/Ethernet not  to connect as we are using 3.2.8 now with a UCM/Ethernet.
If you have 2 PCs on the network with 3.2.8 and 3.1.9 can you try to connect with both PCs to the same UCM/Ethernet?
However note that only 1 connection can be open at a time. If you connected using one PC you must disconnect before the other onecan connect. This may be the reason why you could not connect with the new Comfigurator, if  you had been connected with the other PC

Thanks for the reply. What caused the problem was that on upgrade the Port was set to 1001; when I set it back to 10001 the connection worked. Have now updated both PCs to 3.2.8.0 - both can now independently connect.
