UCM/Ethernet Problem

I got some problem with UCM/Ethernet.
I have check IP address using DS manager and want to connect the comfigurator with the comfort system.
But when i try connect the UCM/Ethernet and using IP address that i get using DS manager, the error "Failed to connect to UCM" state after enter sign in code.
What when wrong?
I need to solve this problem because i want to test comfort client software that require UCM/Ethernet.
I have shunt SW8-H pin, using DS manager version 5.8.5 and comfigurator version 3.2.9.0.
Please help me since i need to present this to my manager.

I have already sent an email in response to your PM

In Comfigurator Options > Settings, put the IP address and port for the UCM/Ethernet
The ID of the ucm must be set correctly say 1 ie ABCD shunts inserted
The Number of UCMs must be the number of UCMs that you have

The UCM/Ethernet should be connected to the local area network, not to your computer
Make sure the IP address is in your company network and the address does not conflict with any other IP address on the network. You may need to check with your IT administrator to get an unused fixed IP address

Now you should be able to use Comfigurator or ComfortClient to connect to Comfort through the UCM/Ethernet

my IP address for my computer is 192.168.0.110 and IP address being detect by DS manager is 192.168.0.110 I attach the picture that i being set for UCM/Ethernet. But the error still appear. just want to clarify with you that i get the IP address using DS manager without connect the UCM/Ethernet. When i connect the UCM/Ethernet with the computer, DS manager cannot give the IP address.
