I have 5 keypads and one doorstation. When the doorstation is activated i want the phone to ring only and not the keypads. Can the keypad chimes be disabled or temporarily muted when a door station call comes in.

The doorbell chime is a Siren of type 10 (Doorbell) found in Security Types > Siren Types
There are checkboxes for Doorphone, keypad, Bell etc which determine where the siren will be heard
Uncheck the checkbox for Keypad and write selective to Comfort
This should prevent the chime from being heard on the keypad

Which door station are you using?

DP03, DS01, or DS02?

There is a header J56 next to the battery connector. If the shunt is inserted  it increases the volume of the beeps, and if removed it reduces the beep volume. Please try this first

Can you reduce the volume control of the individual door station if DS01 or DS02? You may have increased the volume know in order to hear the better on the intercom but often you do not need to do that because increasing the volume only causes the  accoustic cancellation mechanism to reduce the volume

You can also try a doorbell siren  with lower frequency as this will sound less loud than a higher frequency
